I'm back and Happy New year to you all! Here's a little giveaway........

Happy new year everyone! It's great to be back. I had a lovely break as I hope you did. I got lots of lovely Christmas presents (probably far to many for a 30 year old!) and spent the time heavily relaxing and spending time with my family. It was bliss! I had a fantastic new year to. Me and my boyfriend went to my best friends house and had a lovely meal with lots of alcohol and cheese yum!
So it's 2011 have you made any resolutions? If you have post them in the comments box below- I'd love to hear them. You might inspire me to add to my ever growing list! My favourite resolution will win 5 christmas cards (well use them next year) made and designed by me. I'll announce the winner next week. It marks a very big year for me this year with me getting married in 4 months. Eeeeeek! I will post my wedding invitations next week as my guests haven't seen them yet as we're posting them in mail tomorrow so I don't want to ruin the surprise for them! I hope it also brings me lots of success with my freelance work and any other projects I adopt so please spread the word about me to anyone you know.........and something wonderful may come of it. I wish you all the best. Here's to 2011!!!!

Merry Christmas

Hi Guys, This is the last post this year so all thats left to say is have a great Christmas and New year and I can't wait to see you visit Michelle McClelland Designs next year. It's going to be a big and exciting year for me next year and I hope you all contine following my design journey as all I can do is grow so it's very excting. Thanks for supporting me. Here's a design my boyfriend asked me to do for him. He's been asking me to do Turkeys for a while now so I thought I'd do my own interpretation. They're not the most attractive creatures so I hope I made them look kind of pretty!

Gorgeous Christmas cards!

Happy Monday guys! I've had a busy morning so far. I've been to the gym, been looking for potential clients and I'm trying to put the finishing touches to my wedding invitations. I'm desparate to get some designing done. It's been a very hectic build up to Christmas this year. I can't believe it's almost here. I'm so excited! Anyway I'm in love with Habitat at the moment and I saw some of the Christmas cards they had on print and pattern and loved them. Although I often design and make my own cards, I still love to buy them and I think these are just lovely! Enjoy.

Scotland!

Hi, I had a recent trip to Aberdeen Scotland and thought I'd share a few pictures of how amazing the Icicles were. They looked pretty but deadly......I wouldn't want one falling on my head! The placed we stayed had so much snow it was unreal. The snow makes everything look beautiful but I'm glad it's gone now so we can get back to normal.

Gorgeous Tumblers!

Apologise for the lack of posts this week. I've been away for a few days and have been manic busy ever since getting Christmas shopping etc. It's almost done yipee! While out on my trip I couldn't resist a little treat for my home and purchased these gorgeous tumblers from Habbitat. I love birds as you know so Owls, in gold, on a glass, makes me very happy so I had to buy them. The photo below doesn't do them justice. I would just like to say a quick hello to the new visitors on the blog I've had recently "Hello and welcome".
